Free "Get Involved" Lunch

If you are interested in being involved with 6:22 or the Boiler Room, we would like to invite you to a free lunch on Saturday, October 3rd at noon at the Boiler Room (directions). It shouldn't last more than 1-1.5 hours.

Join our mission to see David's tent restored in our city through worship and prayer. Here is an idea of some things we need help with...

Running Powerpoint/lyrics/video
Painters and artists
Greeting people at the door on Friday nights
Fixing up the Boiler Room (painting, construction, etc.)
Marketing and promotions
Internet and technology (web site, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Prayer & intercession
Financial partners
Musicians and singers

Come to 6:22 and Get Involved!

First and foremost... we would like to see your pretty faces on Friday nights... and we would like you to join us in gazing on the pretty face of Jesus. Our Friday nights have been really sweet times of worshiping Jesus so far this fall. We meet at 7pm at the Boiler Room - 220 E 5th Street, Uptown Greenville behind Chico's. All are welcome!

Secondly, perhaps you could help us with a few things.

1) We want your help on Friday nights. Looking for a way to serve God, Greenville or others? Talk to us. One of the major things we need is a drummer. Do you play drums and love Jesus? Talk to us. (Coming to 6:22 on Friday nights is the best way to talk to us.)

2) We need a small area rug for the Boiler Room - 6x8 will do. We're not picky about colors, as long as it is sanitary we'll take it.

3) We are praying for $600 to purchase a window AC/Heat unit for the Boiler Room. Covenant Church has agreed to cover half of the costs, but we just need someone to step up and help us cover the rest! Please consider it. Checks go to 6:22 Ministries, PO Box 1786, Greenville, NC 27835.

4) We need a Flash programmer to help with elements of our new web site. Can you do Flash animations?

Speaking of our web site, we have the front page up and running at http://www.622ministries.org. The new 6:22 Stream will be your one-stop source for all the latest happenings in the 6:22 world - blogging, twittering, web site updates will all be right there on the front page. The site will be updated with more depth and information soon.
